Built on Symfony (PHP), the application follows a structured MVC pattern with complex relational data models spanning both T-SQL (SQL Server) and PostgreSQL. Business logic is encapsulated in services and domain-driven layers to handle diverse administrative workflows.
Frontend
The frontend is driven by Vanilla JS with no heavyweight framework dependencies, keeping the UI fast and predictable across a broad range of school-issued devices and network conditions.
Responsibility
As Lead Application Developer, Tomas owns the technical direction of Origin: architecture decisions, code review, and direct collaboration with district stakeholders on roadmap planning, scoping, and delivery of high-stakes district systems.

Origin touches critical workflows: student data management, staff administration, reporting pipelines, and cross-department operational tooling. Reliability and correctness are non-negotiable at district scale.
